We make profit by displaying advertisements and the paid service below. We do NOT initiate any service charge! If your listing is expired, the following restrictions will apply: 1) Listing is not editable. 2) Contact information is hidden. 3) No HTML in description. 4) The listing may be deleted without notice. If you are interested to list properties for longer period without restriction or effort, you may buy a service credit according to the following fee structure. How to reset my password? Top
On the Sign In page, follow the link Forgot your password? to Forgot Password page. Fill out the form, and click on the button Reset and Email Password. An email (Subject: Password Recovery) containing an initial password will be sent to your registered email instantly. You may also send email to admin@propertyadsite.com. To list/add a new property, please click the 'Add New Property' button on the page 'My Account' -> 'Properties'. How to submit a property? Top
To submit data for a new/existing property, please click the 'Save Property' button on the Add/Edit Property page. How to edit/update a property? Top
After a new property is added and saved, you will find it on the page 'My Account' -> 'Properties'. On the right side of each property, you will see links: Edit | Photos | Files | Delete. Click on Edit, you will be taken to a page where you can edit/update your property detail. How to delete a property? Top

After a new property is added and saved, you will find it on the page 'My Account' -> 'Properties'. On the right side of each property, you will see links: Edit | Photos | Delete. Click on Photos, you will be taken to a page where you can upload or manage images. Please note that a property without picture will not be featured nor be fed to other websites such as Oodle, Trulia, and Zillow. It is our recommendation to add at least one picture to each property. No. On the Add/Edit Property page, only the *-marked fields under the Basic tab are required. You can hide Tax, Floor Plan, or Other by selecting 'No' (the default) as the Publish option. What should I do if my address can not be found? Top
When you submit a property, the system requires an address that can be mapped. Otherwise, it will show an error message saying "Sorry your location was not found." The system will then ask "Would you like to use the center of the zipcode ?????". If you click the Ok button, you will be able to save the property with the zipcode center (if the zipcode can be mapped) as the mapping location. If you click the Cancel button, you won't be able to save the property. You need to modify the address of your property, or enter a nearby address that can be located by google map in order to save the property. After that, you can update the property address on the 'Edit Property' page. Can I customize the appearance of my Ad? Top
Yes, we can customize the format (including header or footer) of property description, flyer, or craigslist posting according to user specifications. Why my account was deactivated or closed? Top
Each user is required to either post a valid property or use our system at least once every 30 days. Otherwise, the account may be deactivated after 40 days. You may contact us to activate this account. An account may be closed due to invalid email or other violation. How to retrieve listings from Multiple Listing Service (MLS)? Top
The Multiple Listing Service (MLS) is a database of properties for sale. There are hundreds of MLS systems across the country that each serves a particular market area. In some markets, there can be more than one MLS service the same or overlapping areas. Most MLS systems provide download ability for brokers/agents to download their listings to their local databases. Many MLS systems also submit their listings to National Association of REALTORS. How to earn 10 FREE days? Top
You earn 10 free days each time you manually post your listing that links to our website on a qualified website. For Craigslist, please follow the instructions, and the free days will be automatically credited within 24 hours after a valid post (please contact us if this does not happen). For other websites, you have to send us the link for the free days to be credited. How to earn 30 free days? Top
You earn 30 free days if you refer a friend to list at least one property on our website. You need to create an account, and then join the Affiliate Program in page My Account -> Affiliate. After you join the program, you may send invitation emails through our website (templates are provided), or use the provided referal link in your invitation efforts. The 30 free days will be automatically credited to your existing listing(s) for each qualified friend you referred. These free days will be forfeited if you do not have a valid listing. No limitations on how many days you can earn. How to publish listings on Craigslist? Top
Posting on Craigslist is free and convenient using our system. It gives your listing added exposure. To take advantage of our automated posting tool, your browser must allow Popup windows (see how to), and you must create a Craigslist account to publish real estate listings (You can only post a property created by yourself.) Click the 'Post on Craigslist' button on Properties page. There will be two popup windows, one is a propertyadsite window (Title: Craigslist Post Content), another is a craigslist window (https://accounts.craigslist.org/; Title: craigslist account). Follow the craigslist posting steps in the craigslist window and copy Price, Posting Title, Posting Description from the propertyadsite window to craigslist windows when needed. To avoid Craigslist spam, it is recommended to use 'hide' option for 'Reply to', so that your email address is hidden and people will contact you through our messaging system. How to update, delete, and repost Craigslist Ad? Top
Once you posted an Ad on Craigslist using our system, and it has been viewed at least once (you may click the link in Craigslist post confirmation email), in the Properties page, you will see an area (may need to refresh the page) having Craigslist post date (e.g., Craigslist Post: 2010-06-23) and two links (Update or Repost, Delete) blow it.

The process may not work correctly if you have blocked popups using your Web browser, a browser toolbar, or another Internet security tool.
